Return & Refund Policy – Strawberry Stop
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us on the same day of receiving your product if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

In case of damages, we will arrange for a repair service or send the replacement part(s) for the item that got damaged.

The cost of logistics for replacement parts will be borne by us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Make-to-Order Furniture – All furniture products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customized Furniture & Products – Custom-designed or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

Perishable Goods – Such as food, flowers, or plants.

Personal Care Goods – Such as beauty and hygiene products.

Hazardous Materials – Such as flammable liquids or gases.

Sale Items & Gift Cards – These are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
